    Our Improv for Real Life workshops use simple, interactive games and prompts to help teams strengthen their communication skills, deepen psychological safety, and practice collaborative problem-solving in real time. Participants explore principles like "Yes, and," active listening, and embracing failure as a tool for growth—all while laughing and connecting in a low-pressure environment.

  • LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

    Sometimes the best way to solve a complex problem… is to build it.

    LEGO® Serious Play® (yes, actual LEGO bricks) is a facilitated methodology that invites participants to think with their hands. Through a series of structured building prompts, teams create 3D models that represent ideas, values, barriers, and systems—sparking new insights and deeper conversations that don’t always come out in traditional meetings.

    These sessions go beyond surface-level brainstorming to help teams clarify goals, align around vision, and make space for every voice in the room. The bricks level the playing field, cut through jargon, and get people talking. (And yes, we bring all the LEGO.)

    Our Human-Centered Design workshops guide teams through an iterative, empathy-driven process to identify challenges, generate ideas, and test solutions—all with real users or stakeholders in mind. We combine design thinking tools with a flexible, low-tech approach to help teams stay creative and focused on impact (not perfection).

    From mapping a user journey to prototyping a new system, we make the design process approachable and energizing—even for folks who don’t think of themselves as “creative.” Along the way, teams gain new habits of mind: curiosity, collaboration, and a comfort with the unknown.
